Notice on Delayed Delivery of Logistics
Dear Customer, We have recently received notifications from suppliers and logistics agents. Logistics in most countries will cause delays due to the following reasons:-
1. For United States
Due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and the increase in cargo volume, the process of customs clearance in America is expected to be delayed for 1 to 3 days.
2. For Netherlands, Ireland, Croatia, Greece, Luxembourg, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Malta, Germany, Italy, and France.
After receiving the notification from the service provider, due to the impact of the new crown epidemic, there is insufficient staff in the warehouse. Currently, customs clearance and transshipment at the Dutch port may be delayed to a certain extent. We are communicating with the customs clearance agency to the extent of the impact. Shipments sent to the Netherlands, Ireland, Croatia, Greece, Luxembourg, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Slovenia, and Malta will be affected. A small number of goods in Germany, Italy, and France will also be affected.
Due to the continuous outbreak of Covid-19, in order to strengthen the prevention and control of the epidemic, many governments had implemented national blockades and restricted the number of workers at work, resulting in a backlog of goods and prolonged customs clearance and delivery time.
