What Are the Best Crystals to Have As Necklaces?
Feb 07, 2023
Whether you're looking for a new necklace or bracelet, or you've been meaning to get one but haven't been able to decide what crystal to wear, the selection can be overwhelming. There are so many different types of crystals out there that it's easy to get lost in the shuffle. But don't worry! I'll break down some of my personal favorites and explain why they're so special.
Amethyst
Amethyst is a purple quartz, and it's one of the most popular crystals for wear around the neck. Amethyst is known as an extremely protective stone that helps keep you safe from negative energies or spells. It's also great at shielding you from electromagnetic pollution, so if your job involves computers or cell phones all day (or if you live near power lines), this might be the crystal for you!
Amethyst has many uses in healing: it can help with insomnia and other sleep disorders; reduce stress and anxiety; ease depression; improve digestion; relieve headaches; calm nerves when feeling anxious about something important coming up (like an exam); lower blood pressure; reduce feverishness associated with colds/flu symptoms (especially if combined with ice cubes).
Labradorite
Labradorite is a feldspar mineral, which is a silicate mineral that makes up as much as 60% of the Earth's crust. It's often called Spectrolite or Spectralite. The color of Labradorite varies from light to dark green and sometimes it has an iridescent flash when you move it in the light.
Labradorite can be found in Canada, Greenland and Madagascar; however, the best quality crystals are from Madagascar because they have fewer grain boundaries (fractures) than those found elsewhere.
Rose Quartz
Rose Quartz is a stone of love and associated with the heart chakra. It is known as the stone of unconditional love, gentle love and healing. Rose Quartz is said to help with self-love, which can be very beneficial for those who are struggling in their relationships or have experienced trauma in any way.
Rose Quartz has been used for centuries as an aid for meditation and divination purposes because it helps you connect with higher realms while remaining grounded here on earth at the same time.
Citrine
Citrine is a yellow quartz crystal, which means it's associated with the sun. It's associated with abundance, creativity and self-confidence.
If you're looking for some extra energy during your day, citrine may be just what you need!
Turquoise
Turquoise is a stone of protection, healing and communication. It's an ancient symbol of wisdom, tranquility, peace and relaxation. Turquoise helps you to connect with your higher self and spiritual guides while providing protection against negative energies by absorbing them into its matrix structure.
Turquoise can be used to balance the body's energy levels as well as help treat disorders related to the liver or kidneys, such as jaundice (yellowing of skin). It has also been known to help lower blood pressure when worn around the neck or wrist area, which makes it a great choice if you suffer from high blood pressure or anxiety attacks!
Here are some of the most popular crystals.
Amethyst is a purple crystal that is known for its calming effects. It's also an excellent meditation stone, as it helps you gain insight into your own problems and find solutions to them. If you're feeling stressed out, amethyst can help ground you so that you don't get overwhelmed by the situation at hand. Amethysts are often given as gifts because they're said to bring love into the lives of those who receive them.
Rose quartz is one of the most popular crystals around! This pinkish-red stone has been used throughout history because of its energy properties--it promotes balance within your body while also helping ease stress and anxiety. Rose quartz has been known since ancient times as "the love stone" due to its ability to promote feelings of peace and harmony within relationships; it also helps calm anger between partners or family members (or even strangers). A great gift idea if someone needs some extra love in their life!
Remember, crystals are just one tool in your toolbox. They can be used for healing and protection, but they're not a cure-all for every situation. Sometimes it's best to go with what feels right for you and keep an open mind about all of the possibilities out there!
